Purchase with our warehouse address
Ask us for our current receiving address before you check out. Alternatively, shipping estimates and bookings will display our delivery address when submitted.

Book your shipment
Tell us where the order is going and list each seller, invoice number and bottle count.

Forward your invoices
Email the original order confirmation or invoice for each purchase to support@getfreighted.com.au from the email on your booking.

We receive and repack
Our team checks what has arrived and repacks it in protective, recyclable packaging.

We ship with tracking
We prepare the customs paperwork and dispatch your shipment with tracking once it is ready. You pay all charges in AUD before dispatch.

Wine under 20% alcohol only; spirits are not available. Orders are combined at the next monthly dispatch. Allow about 4–6 weeks from receipt.
The 13.5% US tariff is collected upfront. Delivery is not available to Utah, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island or Oklahoma.
Other destinations
Express transit is usually 3–5 business days to New Zealand and Singapore, 4–7 to the rest of Asia, and 7–14 to Europe and Canada.
Import duties and taxes are paid to the customs clearance agent when your parcel arrives.
Consolidate and save
Send purchases from several sellers together.
We can hold orders for up to 30 days from the first arrival and ship them together. US orders are combined at the next monthly dispatch. There is no separate consolidation charge.
