Service overview

CellarJet helps customers arrange international shipment of wine and spirits bought directly from Australian sellers. Customers book with CellarJet after purchasing from a seller and send the original invoice or order confirmation to the operations team.

Estimates and charges

Any estimate is indicative only. Final charges are confirmed before dispatch. You pay nothing upfront; CellarJet sends a secure payment link prior to dispatch, with charges billed in AUD.

Destination rules

Shipments are subject to destination-specific alcohol limits, customs requirements, carrier acceptance and delivery restrictions. Customers should review the shipping guide and official customs guidance for their destination.
